Each year we strive to prepare and encourage our Junior and Leaving Certificate music students as they head into their exams. A key part of this preparation is providing a setting in which they can perform and, in so doing, build up their confidence. Our Spring Concert is dedicated to opening the stage up to these hard working students. Joining them are our 2008 Festival of Song winners, and scholarship holders from both the past year and the year ahead. We urge people to come along to this year’s lunchtime concert and support all of our singers, those who are experienced and those who are singing solo for the very first time.

The concert takes place in St. Bartholomew’s Church, Clyde Road on Sunday 9th March, beginning 1.30pm. Classicus Youth Chamber Choir and Classicus Ensemble will also appear. Tickets are available at the door, priced at €10.00, and €7.00 with concessions to retirees and students.
